Sprocket
Tracked machinery’s sprocket, drive wheel or chainwheel is a profiled wheel with teeth that mesh with a chain, track or other perforated or indented material. It also connect with driven motor to pass engine power.
- FL Sprocket Feature:
- Accurate Machining
- Hardened Induction Tooth
- Extreme Wear-Resistance
- Resist To Deformation
- 24 Months Warranty
Idler
An idler or tension wheel is a wheel which serves only to transmit rotation from one shaft to another, in applications where it is undesirable to connect them directly. For most of the situation, there is only 1 front idler on each side of excavator undercarriage, while loaders have 1 front idler and 1 rear idler on each side.
- FL Idler Feature:
- Lifetime Lubrication
- Extreme Wear Resistance
- Superior Structural Reliability
- Apply to Extreme Environment
- 24 Months Warranty
Top Roller
A top roller (also called carrier roller or upper roller) is used to hold the track and prevent the track from sagging too much, so as to reduce the vibration of the track during movement and prevent the track from sliding sideways.
- FL Top Roller Feature:
- Lifetime Lubrication
- Resist To Deformation
- Reinforced Flange
- Zero Oil Leakage
- 24 Months Warranty
Bottom Roller
A bottom roller (also called track roller, support roller) is used at the bottom of each side of tracked machinery undercarriage. There are normally 4-8 bottom rollers at a side. Bottom rollers support the weight of excavators, loaders and bulldozers and allow the tracks to advance along the wheels.
- FL Bottom Roller Feature:
- Lifetime Lubrication
- Resist To Deformation
- Apply To Severe Application
- Superior Structural Reliability
- 24 Months Warranty
Steel Track Group
The steel track group is the part in contact with the ground on the move. It is driven by one or more driving sprocket wheels to move the machinery forward. Its large surface disperses the weight of the machinery in order to traverse soft ground and reduce the chance of getting stuck due to sinking into the ground.
Track group (also called track assembly) normally includes track chain (track link) and track shoe (track pad).
- FL Track Group Feature:
- Superior Traction
- Accurate Machining
- Resist To Deformation
- Extreme Wear Resistance
- Apply to Extreme Environment
Rubber Track
Rubber track is the track made of rubber and skeleton materials. It functions the same as steel track. The difference is that it works with low noise, small vibration, comfortable ride and ground-friendly.
- FL Rubber Track Feature:
- 3S Iron Core
- Steel Core Wires
- Edge Cut Protection
- Multiple Tread Patterns Options
- High strength rubber material
Track Adjuster
Track adjuster is a vital part in tracked machinery undercarriage. It maintains the chain’s tension through a combination of actions. A track adjuster assy contains several parts including U york, tension spring, hydralic cylinder, oil seal, cylinder rod and related bolts and nuts. It connects with idler wheel.
- FL Track Adjuster Feature:
- Zero Oil Leakage
- Lifetime Lubrication
- Resist To Deformation
- Great Structural Reliability
- 24 Months Warranty
Bucket Teeth
Bucket tooth is a wear part of an excavator bucket connects with bucket through tooth adapter. Bucket teeth directly contact the grounds and rocks in machinery operations. It must be of high strength, high wear resistance and high deformation resistance.
- FL Bucket Teeth Feature:
- Resist To Deformation
- Extreme Wear-Resistance
- Hardened Induction Tooth
- Apply To Severe Application
- Superior Structural Support
